Right of withdrawal

RETURN POLICY

Please note: We only accept orders that:

• in the original packaging including labels and tags.

• must be returned in its original condition and without any signs of use.

• within 30 days after receipt be returned.

Should the returned item not meet any of the three requirements mentioned above, Kohlmann Berlin is entitled not to refund the order amount and/or not to return the product to the customer.

Once we have received and approved your returned items, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days to the account you used to place your order.

Customers have the option to cancel their order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order will be shipped and can only be returned upon receipt.

The sender is always responsible for shipping. Therefore, it can be useful to include a track-and-trace code with your package. Please note that return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.
